1.What are the payment options?

We take payment by Paypal. This is free, secure and is the most popular online payment method.

Paypal process payments by Mastercard, Visa, Switch/Maestro, American Express and Solo.

 

2. How soon will my order be processed?

Your order will  be processed and dispatched within 24 hours. Guaranteed.

 

3. Will the packaging be discreet?

Yes. Absolutely. The package will have no markings apart from your address and postage stamps.

 

4. Will I receive the artwork?

No. We do not send the DVD artwork as most of our customers request this for discretion purposes. This also helps to keep our costs down which reflects in our prices. We will however send the full DVD artwork should you request this.

 

5. What if my order is damaged?

All orders are checked before they are dispatched. Should your order become damaged in the post, simply return it for a replacement.  

 

6. What if my order is not in stock.

We maintain high levels of stock so all items displayed in our website are always in stock. We therefore guarantee that all orders placed are in stock.
